Laiyue cosmetic manufacturing requirements is designed strictly in accordance with the conditions required for GMPC certification, with a total of 19 automated assembly lines. The air quality adopts a 100000 level purification standard, and all production processes are controlled in the central control room with unified instructions. 01. Raw ingredients & materials
Strict quality and safety control. Laiyue cosmetic manufacturing labs have Packaging material QC, Raw material QC, Purified Water QC, Semi-finished products QC, Finished products QC, Packaging QC.
Strict testing process. Formula stability test, bottle tightness test, bottle filling test, label digital samples, color box digital samples and other processes will be completed before production and to the customer for confirmation.
02. Manufacturing
8000㎡ production workshop. Completely automated equipments, 12 filling and packing cosmetic production line and 6 sets of emulsifying equipment manufacturing skincare products. Through the production management system, assign production lot numbers to complete data management and analysis.
03. Packaging and sealing film
Professional packaging and sealing machine, at the same time using ERP system of comprehensive management and the whole line POP system, can be real-time detection of production and timely corresponding to the flexibility of production, and the delivery time corresponding rate is quite high.
