Pre-production procedure
1.Air: Check two times every week.
2.Pure water: Check every day.
3.Raw material: Check every batch.
4.Water quality: Use inverse seepage water treatment equipment to make sure the high quality of the water.
Physical and Chemical Testing
5.Semi-finished product: 48hrs destructive test, 72hrs hygiene tests and test before flling, check every batch according to the sample, for quality index matching.
6.Microbiological test(GMPC standard).
7.Do 720hrs destructive test and continue intersection destructive test while new product development, to make sure new product stability of quality.
Packaging material test
8.Packing material: before sample goes into warehouse, will inspected according to GB2828 standard, and will do full
inspection before production.
9.Packing material need to strictly follow the wash、sterilization procedure.
Production process
10.Production: engineer monitor emulsifying process, QC stuff monitor flling, sample approval, wash and packing all processes.
11.Dosing: double-checking way.
12.Will do safety and function clinical trial before mass production.
